This public toilet discharges directly into an open hole. During a heavy rainfall, this pool will flood and seap into the surrounding soil and environment.

The discharge from this public toilet creates a stream that flows through the environment. This waste receives no treatment and is not covered to protect people from coming into contact with it.

These open drains are visibly filled with trash. The pollution prevents wastewater from draining properly, causing overflows during heavy rainfall events.
